Gilbert Collins Medical Practice is a GP owned private general medical practice. Bulk Billing is available to ALL children under the age of 5 and DVA Gold Card Holders.

 

Bulk Billing may be offered to children under the age of 5 and DVA Gold card holders at the discretion of the doctor.

There are separate fees for items such as dressings, travel vaccines, non-government funded vaccinations and non-Medicare medicals and insurance examinations.

Private Flu Vaccines:

For patient’s between the ages of 5 years to <65 years:
$25 per flu vaccine

Repeat Scripts & Referrals:

​

You must book a consult with your GP – this can be a phone consult if you have been seen at the practice within 12 months. However, if you are a privately billed patient, and you urgently need a script or referral but are not able to arrange an appointment with your GP, in time, the following fees apply;

​

• Non urgent these requests will be actioned the next business day - $25

• Urgent these requests will be actioned on the same day - $30

​

Conditions: This service is only valid where the same script or referral has previously been provided by your GP, and is at the GP’s discretion.
It is also reliant on your GP being in the practice to action the request and, patients must have been seen by a GP at the practice, within the previous two months.

We can lodge your claim directly with Medicare for Podiatry and our child psychologist, so you receive your rebate immediately into your bank account.
We request that all fees are paid at the time of your consultation.
